This is as simple as - Right is right and wrong is wrong. 

I am ashamed to read in ACA news that Rwanda Cricket have constructed 65 Turf wickets in just one year 2018.  Nothing could be more false than this disclosure. Even in 2020, Rwanda Cricket Association do not have 3 Full Size Cricket grounds in all country. 

I am challenging ACA and news source ICC to prove me wrong. From where these 65 new Turf wickets are coming? Dropped from parachute on mountains? 

I am ashamed to say that millions people were butchered and sacrificed their lives to give birth of modern civilized Rwanda of today and foreigners helped Rwanda with a beautiful cricket stadium then why such greed to falsify data? Is it for extra money? 

I am even more ashamed for Namibia being much advanced in Cricket and is run by white people. I know personally that Namibia do not have more than 15 Turf wickets in whole country but they are shown in ICC record 60 new Turf wickets in 2018?  Where are those grounds and Turf Wickets. Shame on you Namibia. 

I am also challenging ACA and ICC to prove me wrong. 

As a blogger I am identified  and if my charges are false I am ready to face any punishments but if I am proven right will ACA and ICC take proper actions against these 2 Countries for cheating? 

Shame on Rwanda , Shame on Namibia. 

I neither conform nor deny the ground and Turf wickets of Tanzania because I do not know. But request ACA and ICC to investigate because their rate of turf wicket productions are also very high.
