Answer: Mr. Mark Stafford, an Australian-British origin President of Vanuatu Cricket Association. Vanuatu was successfully promoted to join the elite Associate membership, though came last in ICC WCL 2008, by overleaping other 3 higher ranked ICC Affiliate members – Bahama, Norway and Mozambique. Mr. Stafford is still the President of Vanuatu Cricket Association and has returned to ICC Development Committee again in 2019.

If any body check the financial benefit what Vanuatu Cricket got from ICC, after Mark Stafford was elected is truly astonishing. PLEASE CHECK.
The latest false Samaritan movements Mark Stafford has taken the initiative for eye washing popularity among members is about INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR PLAYERS AGAINST COVID 19, defying 2 fundamental rules applicable to most of the members. Those are:
- Foreign Insurance companies are not permitted to aid valid coverage to any national Teams against COVID 19 to play abroad. Only National health insurance providers are permitted.
- Being Pandemic, from treatment to medical aid / insurances are strictly regulated by Government Entities on its citizens and residents. This is variable after periodical assessments by Respective Governments.
